The Four-in-One Scheme is designed to implement a datum integration remote transmission reading pattern which unifies public services such as water meter, electricity meter, gas meter and thermodynamic meter into a whole. It aims at developing a new power consumption service pattern which gives full support to the smart city construction, saves the cost of artificial reading, and reduces reconstruction rate of hardware.

The Four-in-One Scheme benefits from communication technologies including M-Bus, RS-485, micro-power wireless, wireless public network and power line carrier.
