The Concentrator Communication Agreement is made between the systematic master station and the concentrator.

1）The systematic master station adapts to the concentrator.

According to concentrator communication agreements provided by different water meter manufacturers, the developer of the systematic master station converts its software and installs it on the communication server. Then the systematic master station would read concentrators of each manufacturer via the agreement conversion software.

2）The concentrator adapts to the systematic master station.

Water meter manufacturers correct their concentrator softwares according to the unified concentrator communication agreement provided by the developer of the systematic master station, which enables the systematic master station to read concentrator of each manufacturer.

Implementation of the Interconnection Scheme of Smart Water Meter Centralized Collecting Systems consists of five steps.

3）Confirm the electric regulations on concentrator/collector and smart water meter, the Concentrator Communication Agreement, and the Smart Water Meter Communication Agreement

4）Test on interconnectivity
